It takes about one to two hours to discuss the remodeling in full detail and get any necessary measurements done.
It takes us about 10-13 days to do a full kitchen remodel. The process time can vary due to flooring and custom backsplash that needs to be installed. Please see our day by day schedule above.
Yes, prefab assembled cabinetry is included. We do offer custom cabinetry upgrades but for houses worth over 1 million+ or meant to last 10+ years, custom cabinets are recommended.

Our estimator will go into detail when explaining the cabinetry differences but overall, custom cabinetry is usually much higher quality although it is double or even triple the price. High end prefab is the basic, sufficient choice in quality to install in most homes.
Yes, a building permit for electrical and plumbing is required for all kitchen remodels. Pulling a permit is included with our services, you just pay the permit fees upon the city receipt as a home owner.
We include all of the construction materials that are required to do the remodel such as: sheetrock, electrical, plumbing rough materials, and other construction supplies. We also include cabinetry and stone countertops. Appliances are not included.

We don’t help with financing but if you speak to your local bank they do provide home improvement financing.
We can help you select cabinetry and countertops that are included. If you want to replace appliances then you can purchase them at a local appliance store. Also, you would need to get a faucet, garbage disposal, and cabinet handles.
